What you'll be doing
- Providing expert advice and guiding patients through frame and lens choices, working with curated brands including Cutler and Gross, Oliver Peoples, and Kirk and Kirk
- Taking accurate measurements, ensuring comfortable and stylish fittings, and managing complex prescriptions and adjustments with confidence
- Recommending the best lens and frame options for each individual's visual and lifestyle needs using the latest lens technology
- Contributing to stock selection, styling displays, and the general upkeep and organisation of the practice
- Supporting patients with queries and helping the team resolve any dispensing-related issues
