What you'll be doing
- Managing customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction levels remain at target
- Driving business results by promoting in-branch performance strategies
- Planning for the future by setting realistic goals, priorities, actions and milestones
- Guiding, motivating and developing your team so they continue to excel in their roles
- Reporting directly to the Area Manager to maintain high standards of service and sales
What we're looking for
- Qualified Dispensing Optician
- Fully registered with the GOC
- Strong commercial mindset with proven people management experience
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead by example
