We are looking for a qualified practitioner to take on part-time Optometrist jobs in Thirsk, offering professional freedom and a supportive local team. Based in an established family-run practice, this position allows you to spend quality time with every customer and deliver a high standard of clinical care.
What you'll be doing
- Providing thorough eye examinations with an average test time of 30 minutes
- Using a fully computerised clinical system
- Participating in local enhanced services
- Helping with pre-reg supervision if appropriate
- Building strong working relationships with the wider retail team to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Driving the practice forward with your clinical judgment and hands-on approach
What we're looking for
- GOC registered Optometrist with a current licence to practice
- Newly qualified practitioners are welcome to apply
