What you'll be doing
- Lead, motivate and support the team to consistently provide outstanding customer service
- Manage all daily branch operations, including meeting sales targets and driving business growth
- Oversee staff training, coaching and performance management
- Ensure every customer receives expert advice and the highest quality of care
- Handle stock management, compliance and overall branch efficiency
- Collaborate closely with optometrists and hearing aid audiologists to maintain clinical excellence
- Engage with the local community to promote the branch and build strong customer relationships
- Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety standards and regulatory requirements
What we're looking for
- Experience as a retail manager, ideally with a background in optics, audiology, or healthcare
- Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills
- Commercial awareness with a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and team development
- Basic I.T. skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
