An experienced Optometrist job based in Cardiff offers flexible contracts for 4 or 5 days a week, giving you weekends off with no Saturday or Sunday shifts. What you'll be doing
- Visit around six to seven patients per day in their own homes, delivering vital eye care to those who cannot easily reach the high street.
- Conduct longer, one-hour appointments that give you the time to build strong relationships and provide gold-standard care.
- Use the latest mobile technology and equipment, including a digital fundus camera, mobile slit lamp, and I-care tonometer.
- Make autonomous clinical decisions with the backing of a supportive senior team at head office just minutes away.
- Manage your records digitally with zero paperwork.
What we're looking for
- A fully qualified Optometrist registered with the GOC.
- Passion for delivering clinically excellent eye care and making a genuine difference in the community.
- A driver with a full UK driving licence.
