We are currently recruiting for a permanent, full-time Practice Manager jobs opportunity based in Farnham, offering a rare chance to lead a dedicated optical and hearing care team alongside a £5,000 Welcome Bonus. What you'll be doing
- Deputise for the branch manager in their absence, overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth branch efficiency
- Support the team to achieve business goals by setting clear priorities, monitoring milestones, and reviewing performance
- Deliver unrivalled customer care, tailoring optical and hearing care recommendations to individual patient needs
- Support the clinical team with routine and emergency eye care, paediatric services, scan interpretation, and specialist clinics such as dry eye and myopia management
- Dispense a wide range of optical appliances, including spectacles, sunglasses, safety eyewear, and contact lenses
- Promote hearing health checks and collaborate closely with both optical and hearing care colleagues
- Maintain professional governance, adherence to General Optical Council standards, and strict infection prevention measures
