What you'll be doing
- Deliver a unique, personalised experience for patients from start to finish across various practices
- Lead clinical care and manage the entire dispensing process to ensure the highest standard of service
- Provide tailored consultations, helping customers find eyewear that suits their prescription, lifestyle, and budget
- Support planned absences, additional clinics, and short-term clinic cover within your local region
What we're looking for
- Fully qualified Dispensing Optician registered with the General Optical Council (GOC)
- Strong communication skills with an engaging, motivated approach to consultative customer care
- Commitment to prioritising quality of service over volume
- Full UK driving licence for travelling between practices
