What you'll be doing
- Managing day-to-day branch operations and guiding your team to ensure they remain motivated and excel in their roles

- Overseeing patient relationships and ensuring every visitor receives a consistently high standard of care
What we're looking for
- Qualified Dispensing Optician
- Fully Registered with the GOC
- Proven experience in leadership, people management, and team motivation
- Excellent communication skills combined with a strong commercial awareness
