You will work a full-time, alternate-week pattern (Week 1: Monday to Friday; Week 2: Tuesday to Saturday) in a supportive environment that prioritises clinical excellence over high-volume throughput.
What you'll be doing
- Managing the end-to-end dispensing process, ensuring every patient receives a tailored and unhurried consultation
- Guiding customers in selecting frames and lenses that match their exact prescription, lifestyle, and budget requirements
- Building long-term relationships with patients to encourage repeat visits and a trusted eye care journey
- Leading on clinical support and collaborating closely with the wider practice team to maintain high service standards
What we're looking for
- Registration with the General Optical Council (GOC) as a fully qualified Dispensing Optician
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for consultative selling

Salary and benefits
