- Manage the entire dispensing process to ensure the highest standard of service for every visitor

What we're looking for
- Fully qualified Dispensing Optician registered with the General Optical Council (GOC)
- Strong communication skills with an engaging and motivated approach
- Comfortable working with customers in a consultative manner and valuing quality over quantity
Salary and benefits
- Competitive salary of up to £30,900 (FTE), with an OTE of £33,898 depending on experience
- Bonus scheme offering up to 2% commission on Gross Profit Margin
