What you'll be doing
- Managing customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction across the branch
- Delivering business results by promoting in-store strategies to enhance overall performance
- Planning for the future by setting and achieving realistic business goals, establishing clear priorities, actions, and milestones
- Guiding the team to ensure staff remain motivated and continue to excel within their defined roles
What we're looking for
- Qualified Dispensing Optician
- Fully registered with the GOC
- Strong commercial mindset and excellent communication skills
- Proven aptitude for people management and team leadership
