We are looking for a dedicated Practice Manager jobs candidate to lead our team in Grays on a 38.75 hours per week temporary contract. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity based in a busy retail environment, offering a chance to shape day-to-day store operations and support team development.
What you'll be doing
- Managing daily store operations to ensure high standards of customer service and commercial performance
- Supporting, coaching and motivating the team to achieve their targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Overseeing stock management, merchandising standards and store presentation
- Handling customer queries, resolving complaints professionally and maintaining company compliance standards
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations
