What you'll be doing
- Welcoming customers into the practice and guiding them through their visit from start to finish
- Helping patients choose frames and lenses that suit their style, prescription and lifestyle needs
- Dispensing and adjusting spectacles to ensure a comfortable and accurate fit
- Booking appointments, managing enquiries and handling general reception duties
- Maintaining high standards of presentation across the practice floor and display areas
What we're looking for
- A friendly, approachable manner with a genuine passion for customer service and retail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a busy team
- Confidence in helping customers make decisions and explaining product options clearly
- Previous experience in retail, customer service or an optical environment is beneficial, though full training will be provided
