What you'll be doing
- Leading, coaching, and developing the in-store team to deliver exceptional customer service and hit commercial targets
- Managing day-to-day practice operations, including rota planning, stock control, and compliance with industry standards
- Driving sales performance through effective merchandising, local promotional activity, and team motivation
- Overseeing the patient journey from initial welcome through to dispensing and aftercare, resolving any queries promptly
- Conducting regular team reviews, setting performance goals, and identifying ongoing training needs
