What you'll be doing
- Welcoming patients to the practice and managing appointments in a friendly, professional manner
- Dispensing spectacles and guiding patients through frame and lens options tailored to their prescription and lifestyle needs
- Performing pre-screening tests, including optical coherence tomography and visual field checks
- Adjusting, repairing and dispensing glasses to ensure an accurate and comfortable fit
- Maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness across the practice floor and dispensing areas
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer service, retail, or optical environment is advantageous, though full training is provided
- Excellent communication skills with a natural flair for helping people feel at ease
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with numbers and technology
- A collaborative team player who is keen to learn and develop new skills in eye care
