This role offers an engaging opportunity to build your experience in a busy practice environment, supporting customers with their eyewear choices while working as part of a friendly team.
What you'll be doing
- Welcoming customers to the practice and helping them navigate our range of frames and lenses
- Guiding patients through initial pre-screening checks and measurements using specialist optical equipment
- Dispensing spectacles to suit individual prescriptions, face shapes, and lifestyle needs
- Adjusting, repairing, and fitting frames to ensure a comfortable and accurate fit
- Booking appointments, handling enquiries, and supporting general front-of-house administration
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a patient-facing environment
- Good communication skills and a confident, approachable manner with people of all ages
- Excellent attention to detail and comfortable working with numbers and measurements
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn about optical products and basic eye health
