We are recruiting for a full-time Practice Manager jobs role in Richmond, offering a permanent contract of 38.75 hours per week. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dedicated team in Surrey, taking full operational and commercial responsibility for a busy high street practice.
What you'll be doing
- Driving sales performance, conversion rates, and key retail metrics to achieve store targets
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the practice, including rotas, payroll, and stock control
- Leading, coaching, and developing the in-store team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensuring clinical governance and compliance standards are maintained across the business
- Resolving customer queries promptly and professionally to protect the brand reputation
