What you'll be doing
- Lead, coach and inspire the in-store team to deliver exceptional customer service and hit commercial targets
- Manage day-to-day practice operations, including rotas, stock control and compliance with professional standards
- Drive sales performance through effective merchandising, promotional execution and community engagement
- Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally to ensure every patient leaves satisfied
- Conduct regular performance reviews, team meetings and staff training sessions

- Proven experience in retail management, team leadership or store operations, ideally within the optical sector
- Strong commercial awareness with a track record of meeting or exceeding business targets
