What you'll be doing
- Welcoming patients to the practice and managing appointments
- Helping customers choose frames and lenses that suit their style and prescription
- Taking precise optical measurements and fitting, adjusting, and repairing glasses
- Carrying out pre-screening tests including autorefraction and tonometry
- Handling enquiries over the phone and in person with a professional, helpful manner
- Working closely with optometrists and dispensing opticians to ensure a smooth patient journey

- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a healthcare environment
- Warm, approachable communication skills with a passion for helping people
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling sensitive data and measurements
