What you'll be doing
- Lead, coach and develop the in-store team to deliver outstanding customer service and hit commercial targets
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring the practice runs smoothly, safely and efficiently
- Manage stock control, merchandising standards and compliance with professional regulations
- Build strong relationships within the local community to drive customer loyalty and footfall
- Resolve any customer queries or complaints promptly and professionally
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in retail management, hospitality or healthcare leadership, ideally within optics
- A track record of developing people, driving sales and managing store performance
- Strong communication and organisational skills with a hands-on approach
- Commercial awareness and the ability to analyse business reports to spot opportunities
