What you'll be doing
- Welcoming patients into the practice and managing appointments
- Guiding customers through frame selection, style choices, and lens options
- Taking accurate facial measurements and dispensing spectacles
- Handling basic frame adjustments, repairs, and collections
- Supporting the wider team with general day-to-day practice administration and merchandising
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer-facing retail, healthcare, or similar environment
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with numbers
- A willingness to learn about optical products, eye health, and dispensing
- Reliability and a flexible approach to covering practice opening hours
