What you'll be doing
- Delivering high standards of customer service to every patient who walks through the door
- Helping customers choose frames and lenses that suit their lifestyle, prescription, and budget
- Dispensing and fitting spectacles accurately, carrying out necessary adjustments and minor repairs
- Booking appointments, managing customer queries, and handling reception duties
- Working closely with the rest of the practice team to keep the store running smoothly
