We are currently recruiting an experienced Optometrist for a permanent 23.25 hours per week role in Wrexham, offering a great opportunity to join a patient-focused practice in the heart of Clwyd.
What you'll be doing
- Conducting thorough, high-standard sight tests and eye examinations for a diverse local patient base
- Dispensing spectacles and fitting contact lenses with clinical precision
- Recommending tailored optical solutions based on individual lifestyle and visual needs
- Collaborating closely with practice colleagues to maintain efficient daily operations and a welcoming environment
- Maintaining accurate clinical records using modern practice management systems
What we're looking for
- GOC registered Optometrist with full rights to work in the UK
- Sound clinical judgement and a proven commitment to patient care
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex clinical findings clearly
- A collaborative team player who works well with dispensing colleagues and support staff
- Willingness to undertake ongoing professional development
