What you'll be doing
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the practice to ensure high standards of patient care and customer service
- Leading, coaching, and developing the in-store team to reach their full potential and hit performance targets
- Overseeing commercial performance, driving sales, and managing stock control within the practice
- Handling scheduling, rotas, and general administrative duties to keep the business running smoothly
- Building strong relationships with local patients and ensuring every visitor receives a warm, professional welcome
