What you'll be doing
- Delivering a warm and professional welcome to every customer who enters the practice
- Conducting pre-screening tests, including visual acuity and pressure checks, with patience and accuracy
- Dispensing frames and lenses to suit individual customer prescriptions, face shapes and lifestyle needs
- Adjusting, repairing and fitting glasses to ensure a comfortable and precise fit
- Managing bookings, answering telephone enquiries and handling general reception duties
- Maintaining clean, well-stocked and inviting display areas across the practice
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in customer service, retail or a healthcare setting is helpful, though full training is provided
- Excellent communication and listening skills with a genuine passion for helping people
