What you'll be doing
- Delivering a warm, professional welcome to every customer who enters the practice
- Conducting pre-screening tests, including visual acuity checks and autorefraction
- Dispensing spectacles and helping customers select frames that suit their prescription, lifestyle, and budget
- Adjusting, repairing, and fitting eyewear to ensure a comfortable and precise fit
- Booking appointments, managing customer queries over the phone, and handling general reception duties
- Maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness across the practice floor
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a healthcare environment is an advantage, though full training is provided
