What you'll be doing
- Leading, coaching and developing the in-store team to deliver exceptional customer service and patient care
- Managing day-to-day practice operations, including rota management, stock control and meeting performance targets
- Driving sales and commercial growth through effective merchandising and community engagement
- Ensuring compliance with company standards, health and safety regulations, and professional guidelines
- Resolving customer queries professionally and maintaining high standards of clinical and retail presentation
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a retail management, store management or practice management role, ideally within optics or healthcare
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating teams to achieve sales and service goals
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities
- A commercial mindset with the ability to analyse business data and implement improvements
