What you'll be doing
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the practice to ensure high standards of customer service and patient care
- Leading, coaching, and developing the team to achieve sales targets and professional development goals
- Overseeing stock management, merchandising, and daily administrative duties
- Building strong relationships with local patients and ensuring smooth clinical workflows
- Implementing company policies, health and safety standards, and compliance regulations
