We are recruiting for permanent Practice Manager jobs in Ulverston, offering a competitive package for an experienced leader to head up this established practice in Cumbria. What you'll be doing
- Leading, coaching and developing the in-store team to deliver exceptional customer service and hit performance targets
- Managing day-to-day practice operations, including rota planning, stock control, and compliance with company standards
- Driving sales growth through commercial awareness and local community engagement
- Overseeing the patient journey from initial welcome to dispense and aftercare
- Resolving customer queries promptly and professionally

- Proven experience in retail management, practice management, or a senior supervisory role within optics or a similar customer-facing environment
