What you'll be doing
- Providing a warm, professional welcome to every customer who visits the practice
- Guiding patients through frame selection, lens options, and fitting adjustments
- Conducting pre-screening tests, including visual acuity checks and autorefraction
- Managing appointments, answering telephone enquiries, and handling administrative tasks efficiently
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a healthcare setting is helpful, though full training is provided
