What you'll be doing
- Lead, coach and inspire the in-store team to deliver outstanding customer service and hit commercial targets
- Manage day-to-day operations, including rotas, stock control, compliance and health and safety standards
- Drive sales performance through effective merchandising, local marketing and professional networking
- Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally to ensure a welcoming environment for every visitor
- Collaborate with optometrists and dispensing staff to ensure a seamless patient journey from arrival to collection
