What you'll be doing
- Welcoming patients to the practice and managing appointments in a friendly, professional manner
- Guiding patients through frame and lens selection to help them find eyewear that suits their lifestyle and prescription
- Taking accurate measurements and adjusting frames to ensure a comfortable, precise fit
- Performing pre-screening tests including fields, autorefraction and tonometry
- Handling administrative tasks, processing orders and managing stock displays on the shop floor
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in retail, customer service or a healthcare environment is preferred, though full training is provided
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural flair for helping people
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with numbers and technology
- A collaborative team player who can also use their own initiative during busy periods
