We are currently recruiting for 38.75 hours per week on a Permanent contract for Practice Manager jobs located right here in Brent Cross Shopping Centre, offering an exceptional chance to lead a busy retail team in a modern clinical environment. You will guide daily store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure every customer receives a high standard of patient care while supporting the professional development of your colleagues.
What you'll be doing
- Managing day-to-day retail operations, rotas, and store performance targets
- Leading, coaching, and motivating the team to deliver excellent customer service
- Maintaining high visual merchandising standards across the shop floor
- Handling patient queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring efficient appointment booking
- Managing stock levels, ordering, and inventory control within the practice
- Supporting clinical staff to ensure smooth daily workflows between testing rooms and the retail area
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in retail management, assistant store management, or team leadership within optics or customer-facing environments
- Strong commercial awareness with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to lead by example and inspire a diverse team
