What you'll be doing
- Delivering a warm, welcoming experience to every patient who walks through the doors of the practice
- Guiding patients through frame selection and styling to help them find the right glasses for their prescription and lifestyle
- Taking accurate optical measurements and adjustments to ensure a comfortable fit
- Handling reception duties, booking appointments, and managing telephone enquiries efficiently
- Supporting the wider clinical and retail team with daily practice operations and administrative tasks

- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a patient-facing environment
- Excellent communication skills and a natural flair for helping people
- A keen eye for detail and confidence working with numbers and measurements
