What you'll be doing
- Leading, coaching and developing the in-store team to deliver exceptional customer service and hit commercial targets
- Managing day-to-day retail operations, including rotas, stock control, and merchandising standards
- Driving sales performance through effective goal setting and team motivation
- Ensuring all clinical and retail compliance guidelines are met consistently across the business
- Resolving customer queries promptly and professionally to maintain our high service standards
