What you'll be doing
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the practice team to achieve clinical and commercial targets
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth running and high standards throughout the branch
- Manage staff rotas, recruitment, training, and ongoing performance reviews
- Deliver outstanding customer service, resolving any patient queries or escalated issues professionally
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient journeys from sight test to dispense
