We are recruiting a Practice Manager in Gosport on a permanent contract of 38.75 hours per week, offering an excellent opportunity to lead a dedicated retail team in Hampshire.
What you'll be doing
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the practice to ensure smooth and efficient running
- Leading, coaching, and developing the team to achieve performance targets and deliver outstanding patient care
- Overseeing visual merchandising, stock management, and general store presentation standards
- Resolving customer enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Supporting clinical staff to ensure an integrated approach to patient service

- Proven experience in retail management, team leadership, or practice management within optics or a similar customer-focused environment
- Strong commercial awareness with a track record of driving sales and meeting operational targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate a diverse team
