What you'll be doing
- Welcoming customers to the practice and helping them navigate frame choices
- Booking appointments, managing diary schedules, and handling general reception duties
- Dispensing spectacles to a high standard under appropriate supervision
- Taking initial measurements and carrying out pre-screening tests
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional shop floor

- Previous experience in customer service or retail, ideally within an optical environment
