What you'll be doing
- Delivering a welcoming, professional, and attentive service to every customer who visits the practice
- Guiding patients through frame selection, offering expert advice on style, fit, and lens options
- Undertaking pre-screening tests, including visual acuity checks and intraocular pressure measurements
- Adjusting, fitting, and repairing spectacles to ensure high standards of comfort and precision
- Managing appointments, handling customer queries, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the store
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a healthcare setting is helpful, though full training will be provided
- Excellent communication skills and a natural flair for connecting with people
- A collaborative team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and good basic IT skills
