What you'll be doing
- Welcoming patients into the practice and delivering a warm, professional first impression
- Guiding customers through frame selection, helping them find glasses that suit their style and prescription needs
- Taking accurate facial measurements and explaining lens options, coatings and pricing clearly
- Booking appointments, managing enquiries and handling general reception duties
- Supporting the wider team to keep the sales floor tidy, well-stocked and running smoothly
What we're looking for
- Excellent communication skills and a natural flair for customer service
- A friendly, approachable manner and the ability to work well as part of a busy team
- Strong attention to detail and confidence when dealing with numbers and measurements
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience is helpful, though full training will be provided
