What you'll be doing
- Driving store performance through effective leadership, sales generation, and delivery of exceptional customer service
- Managing daily operations, including staff rotas, stock control, merchandising standards, and compliance with company policies
- Coaching, developing, and mentoring the in-store team to reach their full potential and hit business targets
- Building lasting relationships with customers and resolving any complex queries or complaints professionally
- Collaborating with clinical colleagues to ensure a smooth, efficient patient journey from arrival to dispense
