What you'll be doing
- Welcoming patients to the practice and managing arrivals
- Guiding customers through frame selection, styling and sizing
- Taking accurate facial measurements and dispensing spectacles
- Explaining lens options, coatings and treatments to suit individual lifestyles
- Booking appointments, handling enquiries and updating patient records
- Carrying out basic pre-screening tests and adjusting or repairing frames
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in retail, customer service or a healthcare setting is helpful, though full training is provided
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, approachable manner
- Good attention to detail and confidence with numbers and technology
- A team player who is happy to help colleagues across the practice
