What you'll be doing
- Assisting customers with frame selection, styling advice, and fitting adjustments
- Dispensing single vision lenses and taking accurate facial measurements
- Booking appointments, managing customer queries, and handling reception duties
- Maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and professional practice floor
- Working collaboratively with optometrists and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations

- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a healthcare environment
