What you'll be doing
- Managing day-to-day operations and driving the commercial success of the practice
- Leading, coaching and developing the in-store team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Overseeing dispensing services and ensuring clinical compliance across all patient interactions
- Managing rotas, stock control, and general store administration
- Building strong relationships with local patients and stakeholders
What we're looking for
- NVQ level 2 or UK equivalent qualifications is a strict requirement for this role
- Proven experience in a retail management, supervisory, or optical leadership position
- Strong communication skills with a passion for delivering patient-centred care
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead by example in a fast-paced environment
- Candidates must be over 18 years of age due to operational restrictions
