We are currently recruiting for permanent Practice Manager jobs based in Llandrindod, offering an exciting opportunity to lead a community-focused optical practice. This is a permanent full-time position requiring flexibility to travel across a local geographical area to support different stores.
What you'll be doing
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the practice to ensure a smooth, efficient customer journey
- Leading, coaching, and developing the in-store team to deliver exceptional service standards
- Overseeing dispensing and clinical support workflows within a small store environment
- Travelling to different locations across the wider region as required to cover operational needs
- Maintaining high standards of compliance, presentation, and patient care
What we're looking for
- NVQ level 2 or a UK equivalent qualification is strictly required for this role
- Proven experience in retail management, practice management, or a supervisory optical environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and drive performance
- Flexibility and willingness to travel to different stores across the designated geographical area
- A commitment to fulfilling the advertised permanent hours on a consistent basis
