We are looking for a permanent Practice Manager jobs seeker to lead our team in Glasgow, offering full-time hours on a permanent basis with a variety of shift patterns throughout the week. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee daily operations at our practice located in Fort Retail.
What you'll be doing
- Lead, motivate and develop the practice team to deliver exceptional customer service and patient care
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth running across the sales floor and testing rooms
- Manage rotas to cover a variety of shift patterns throughout the week, including evening and weekend shifts
- Drive performance, sales targets and operational standards within the practice
What we're looking for
- A minimum of 6 months optical experience
- Full, valid UK drivers licence required for the position
- Candidates must be over 18 due to age restrictions for this role
- Commitment to working the advertised hours on a permanent basis with a flexible approach to scheduling
