What you'll be doing
- Delivering exceptional customer service to every patient who walks through the doors
- Dispensing spectacles and helping patients choose frames that suit their style and prescription
- Conducting pre-screening checks, including autorefraction and visual field testing
- Booking appointments and managing diary schedules efficiently
- Maintaining high standards of presentation across the practice floor
What we're looking for
- A minimum of 6 months of optical experience
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
- The ability to work flexibly across a variety of weekly shift patterns, including evenings and weekends
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment
