What you'll be doing
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the practice to ensure smooth and efficient patient journeys
- Leading, coaching, and developing the in-store team to achieve sales and service targets
- Overseeing compliance, health and safety, and professional standards within the branch
- Managing rotas, staff performance, and supporting ongoing training and development
- Resolving customer queries and ensuring high standards of care are maintained across all departments
