What you'll be doing
- Managing the day-to-day running of a small optical practice
- Delivering exceptional customer service and patient care
- Coordinating team rotas and supporting staff across a variety of shift patterns
- Overseeing daily store operations, merchandising and administrative duties
What we're looking for
- NVQ Level 2 or UK equivalent qualifications
- Availability to work evening and weekend shifts
- A flexible approach to working hours throughout the week
- Candidates aged 18 or over due to age restrictions for this role
