We are recruiting a full-time Practice Manager for a compact practice on Bank Street in Newquay, offering flexible shift patterns across the week and the chance to lead a local team on a permanent basis.
What you'll be doing
- Managing the day-to-day operations of this compact practice
- Dispensing optical products and supporting patients with frames and lenses
- Working a variety of shift patterns across the week, including weekend shifts
- Travelling to different stores across a wider geographical area when required
What we're looking for
- Experience in optical management, dispensing, or a similar customer-facing leadership role
- Flexibility to commit to the advertised hours on a permanent basis
- Ability and willingness to travel between multiple locations in the region
- Strong organisational and communication skills
